Your Appointment

Please come to your appointment with no makeup (or a way to remove your makeup), no self/spray tan, and a way to take up long hair

Please wear open necklines, that are not too bulky

Feel free to bring any makeup with you that you may want to discuss

Getting Here

I am located right next to the Waltham Forest Town Hall, which is walking distance to both Walthamstow Central and Wood Street Station. There is no public parking available on site, with the closest parking available near the Feel Good Centre.

Payment

Payment can be made before the appointment, a link to pay will be sent once booking is confirmed. I can also accept exact change cash if preferred.

Cancellation

Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.

For clients that are no-show, will be charged the full amount.

A charge will be made to the credit card on file.

Accidents and emergencies happen that prevents 24 hours notice, I will take this into consideration on an individual basis.

Arrivals

Please arrive on time, as I carry out appointments at home, so may not be able to accommodate for early arrivals. But let me know if you do arrive early.
